We are following an ongoing case study that first appeared in our OnCompeting blog: Creative Internet Marketing Stories: HealthPartners Online Services.
Briefly — it is a story about how HealthParners created two characters — Petey & Pokey — for use in a marketing campaign with the goal of increasing adoption of their Online Services.
Petey (as in Petey P. Cup) is a speciment pee cup and Pokey is a needle.
They then used these characters in a range of innovative Social Media channels (innovative for this market sector). The Bottom Line: it works.
